RSS

Whilst I like RSS feeds (love not having to search different sites for the latest news, weather etc), I prefer sites such as iGoogle or Netvibes to view news and information. They are more visual sites and I find them easier to read/search. They also allow you to view many different communication tools through the one site (e.g. Facebook, Flickr and your personal email).
